This apartment has a private parking space, just a few meters from the entrance to the private fenced garden.

From the large French window overlooking the garden you enter the living room, where you will find a sofa (convertible if necessary into a double bed), Smart TV, dining table and a comfortable modern kitchen complete with appliances (refrigerator with freezer, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, American coffee maker, nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, blender, and more). There are also numerous dishes, glasses of different types, and everything you need for cooking.

The sleeping area consists of the master bedroom, large recently renovated bathroom, and a laundry room equipped with a washing machine for free use, including detergents!
