This apartment has 2 private parking spaces, a few meters from the entrance to the private garden.
An external staircase (shared with only one other apartment) takes you to the entrance door behind which you will find a large living area, lit by a French window leading to an exclusive balcony, overlooking the garden. In the living area you will find a sofa (convertible into a double bed if necessary), Smart TV, dining table and bookcase with children's toys. The kitchen is in a dedicated room, spacious and complete with appliances (fridge, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, American coffee machine, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, blender, and much more). There are also a lot of dishes, glasses of different types and everything you need for cooking.
The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom and a bedroom with 2 single beds, both air conditioned. The Italian-style bathroom also has a washing machine for free use, including detergents!
